We are pleased to announce that in collaboration with TESOL Greece, we are organizing a face-to-face event in Athens, Greece. The event is taking place on 22nd September at the Kallithea Campus of New York College and is focused on assessment.
We are participating in the event with a plenary speaker, Abigail Ekanguo, who will be discussing “Adaptive Assessment Practices for Large Multicultural Classrooms in Africa.” We also have two additional presentations: Efi Tzouri will present on “With a Little Help from the Hand: Identity Texts as Engaging Warm-up Activities and Authentic Assessment Tools,” while Eftychis Kantarakis and Ruby Polygenis will discuss “Summative Assessment Teaching through SEL and SDGs: The Project Outcome.”
